Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Maze Studios! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly marked on the product page.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at paul.3.rivera@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the shipping costs for any returns of damaged or incorrect items.
